Personally, I think this has been their plan from the beginning. It fits the talking points. It fits the narrative. It creates an escape from accountability. The 13d group has been deceptive from the begining. I believe they filed their paperwork specifically to force a reaction. To make the current management acquire a legal team and file suit. To spend more money. Their entire campaign has been about getting the company value down. Their constant bash, of the current management, and consequently, the company is for driving the value down and laying the blame on the current management. The 13d trolls, already, have been posting that, if the group wins the vote, they will have to do a reverse split to fund the company. It's all about driving the value down. Their actions have many, of the long term investors, saying to ignore them (they're idiots). They will go away. This is the plan. They have taken a calculated risk, that the courts will insure they have a vote. If their plan is executed efficiently, they will gain control, drive the value down and move to take the company from the remaining investors (outside of their group). I think their method is to give them deniability, for when the class action suit comes for their theft. Personally, I think we are witnessing theft. I hope Sidley Austin is astute enough to stop them. They are smart, they are not idiots, they are executing their plan. Managing the drug to approval might be in their plan, but not for us. Maybe some of our legal eagles could comment on this. I think we are being played!
