Rosenbaum, the leader (78 or 79 yrs old) is going to spend the remainder of his life trying to help YOU, the ordinary shareholder. He brings along some side-kicks - two doctors that ran their mutually owned business almost into the ground (but always took their healthy salaries) they’re coming along “to help.” Then we have Dr. Patterson who appears to have been caught “patent pinching,” and a lady with a JD but no skin in the game…and they’ll all be working for YOU!
