The Unrealized Beauty of Leronlimab...

Keeping it simple: Leronlimab modifies inflammation. If your lungs are inflamed, calling for more of your system's avenging angels to cluster and "clog up" the system. Leronlimab helps modify the balance and "turns off the sirens" limiting the inflammation.

But >>>> the beauty

Whlle (In the case above) the inflammation in the lungs and over-reaction are being staunched, that same Leronlimab is coursing through your arteries and flowing through branches outward.

Yeah....now you're catching on.

Inflammation, while part of the body's defense system, lately that system's getting "over-used.' And it seems silly, but our bodies slowly adapted to conditions over thousands of years and now in a century or two, we've made radical changes, Eeeeek!
...And our auto-immune systems are trying to deal with it. But a by-product is inflammation as our auto-immune system(s) springs into action.

(Why modern lifestyles trigger the auto-immune system and results - a discussion for another time.)

That Leronlimab, at the same time as it's flowing out to the tiny capillaries...is addressing inflammation elsewhere. elsewhere. elsewhere....and I like that idea.

And I especially like the idea that Leronlimab crosses the blood-brain-barrier, to address neuro-degenerative type diseases. which infect/affect more of us the more we age (statistically speaking).

Inflammation is currently being looked at as a threat to good health. Yes, the swelling of a sprained ankle is helpful, but the body's autoimmune attack on joints (think arthritis - very simplistic), is NOT appreciated. Also, From my understanding - inflammatory responses in the brain accelerate bad things.

First, I don't comprehend how leronlimab accomplishes so many (to my mind, difficult) things simultaneously, but it appears to do so. We're also learning, based on the TnBC trials some determinants/predictors of patients LL will work better with (generally high CCR5 shown but some other factors as well).

But the bottom line might be

While you're treating one situation

You might be addressing other (known or as yet unknown) issues

The Beauty of Leronlimab

And why everybody is going NUTS over it - but shhhh don't tell ...or the place will go bonkers!!!

The drug (if you're a suitable candidate) that does it all!

IMO
