Okay, you've convinced me. Maybe you are an idiot, selling now. Or, more likely, you're part of the 13D group -- you've posted sympathetically about them, and the 13D group has more than one reason to keep the share price low.

Yes, it helps them to have the share price low to make/keep shareholders disaffected before the vote. Yes, it helps them to have the share price low so that if they take over, they can take the company private and/or sell it cheaply.

By the same token, there is no reason to advertise on this board that you've sold 50,000 shares recently -- when the share price is at a 52 week low, -- unless you want people to think it should go lower. You're not dumb, so you have your reasons, and they probably aren't lofty ones.
