Guys, I know we're all upset but we need to contin

Guys, I know we're all upset but we need to continue to think clearly. Lawsuits are generally not just filed for frivolous reasons or attorneys will potentially be sanctioned. Also, one cannot just decide they want to file a suit, they have to find a law firm that feels that the suit has enough merit to warrant working on it. And they cost MONEY. This is not a case where a firm would work on a contingent basis.

I do NOT think that 13d filed this suit to thwart the PR of yesterday as it takes longer to file a suit than a hour or two after a PR. Also, the PR of yesterday was NOT something that was going to move the needle and we all knew that. We who have been here longer than 2-3 years know that "injecting the first person!" and "here are some anecdotal results that are good!" mean nothing to the share price. CYDY has cried "wolf" too many times and now potential share buyers want RESULTS and a FILED BLA.

People can hate this post all that they want, but it makes SENSE and explains things rationally, without emotion, and without calling anyone names or bashing.
