Good news PR by company followed by a 13d lawsuit which has a good chance of being quashed in deference to the Federal lawsuit by Cytodyn. What will the 13d do next to try and lower the share price and dampen support for the current management? Maybe Bruce will do another TedX talk where he'll say it wasn't CCR5 and RANTES after all.
