You will be receiving an email proxy card from a group attempting to take over Cytodyn for nefarious purposes.
DO NOT VOTE FOR THIS NEW GROUP OF DIRECTORS. I will go into detail later, but in brief, publicly they offer nothing but platitudes about how much better they will perform. But they have put forth no actual plan, nothing concrete. In private, they plan to force Cytodyn to buy Dr. Patterson's company IncellDX (which some of them own stock in) for a huge chunk of Cytodyn stock. Patterson tried to get Cytodyn to buy his company last year for the ridiculous price of $350 million. He has less than $10 million a year in sales and Cytodyn rightfully turned him down.
DO NOT DO ANYTHING WITH THE EMAIL SOLICITATION FROM "THE INVESTOR GROUP"!!! If you fill it out in any way, even if you vote to "withhold all" you are giving them the right to vote your proxy. Wait until you hear from me about how to vote for the current management. This may not be until September or October.
