It appears that essentially everyone on this board is in agreement about what to do with the 13-D solicitation: ignore it.

I have several friends who bought CYDY on my recommendation and I suspect many (most?) of you do also. One of those has already asked me what to do with the solicitation. As has been noted in previous posts, this is very confusing, especially for those who don't follow it as closely as those on this board.

I am concerned that investors who don't follow the stock closely will sign over the proxy just because they are disappointed in the share price and think it couldn't be any worse with a new BOD. I therefore would like to write the shareholders I know to explain what is happening with the proxy, the upcoming events (Brazil, NASH, LH, etc.) which will likely be positive, and what to do with the proxy. If anyone has already prepared something like that and doesn't mind sharing, please post it so that others could use it (or maybe use with minor editing that would be specific to those we influence).
