I actually think we will get a lot of mileage out of this lawsuit. A patent is not worth anything unless you defend it. This company has been the target of fake lawsuits and social media bashing, It is good that the message is now being sent that Cytodyn will defend its value the minute the line is crossed. It will be less of a target now, its not worth the risk. Any partner looking at potentially jumping in wants to see that cytodyn is not letting anything slip away especially to a ridiculous group of ex-employees and inflated egos.
