wasting time and money on lawyers and fighting is as destructive today as it was 75 years ago - that hasn't changed. it's timeless.
it's time for NP to stop "telling us how bad they are" and showing us "how good you are". i'm not a shareholder in the 13D group. I'm a shareholder in CytoDyn.
If i were him, i would go to Brazil and have a face to face with that team 3 times a week. no Skype - face to face. because if Brazil doesn't pan out, we're in real trouble - as HIV revenue could be a year away. and no cleverly written response to the 13D group will save us at that point.
