Why does one assume that our management team is working on this at all. It is clear that the lawyers are drafting the filings and clear (at least to me) that this morning's PR was also written by the firm. They have likely told them to do what they need to do to win - while we will focus on Cancer, Brazil, LH, HIV, etc etc. That's what good management does...
