i have been sued by a competitor in my business. i built a company, ran it for 20 years, and sold it. regarding the lawsuit, i hired a good lawyer, told him to handle the details, and went about my business of finding new customers. guess what? - the BS lawsuit eventually went away because it was BS - and i didn't waste my attention.

i think anyone who's loving all of this legal BS, the back & forth, etc. has never built and run a real company. if they had, they would understand how important a business owner's un-divided attention on his core business is - and how damaging distractions can be.

This 13D group has nothing else to do but spend time on this - they have no core business. If we get mired in the ditch with them, it's a big mistake.
