Only mentioning the PAUL thing because I truly can't remember the last time I actually saw that (usually a mix of JANE, CDEL, OTCX, INCA, ETRF, etc...) - here's the key for MPID's on OTC if curious - https://www.otcmarkets.com/otc-link/broker-dealer-directory
Fwiw - it may mean absolutely nothing but figured I'd throw it out there... I'd actually take a lot of comfort if I knew for sure where all the selling is from because then you can comfortably take the other side of a known variable. Ultimately there's no way to ever know for sure as it's happening, and a few days post-trade is possible only if a filing is triggered... everything else is wild conjecture.
