I will give you something to consider… maybe Nader thought we are on the cusp of revenue and spending some money for both a PR firm and attorneys of high caliber was time. To blow off the insignificant 13d group that needs to be put in their place and we need to move forward quickly and just don’t have time to deal with an inept group that brings only biased negative information forward that is not only coarse to believe but untrue.
The lies will cost them. The group will be soon non-existent and Rosenbaum and Patterson will feel the wrath of the lawsuit by themselves as the rest run. This is what I believe since they had not mounted a aggressive action on the denial of candidates. Rosenbaum and Patterson may be left high and dry and it serves them right. The rest of might see an insurmountable lawsuit to overcome and just bow out. Leaving the Rosenbaum and Patterson and IncellDX to cover the costs and coming out eventually losing everything they have worked for. They have done some shitty stuff and deserve to lose and lose big. Of coarse this is just my opinion.
