A known PR firm writing effective press releases. A social-media-friendly ad (easy to circulate on long-hauler group sites) recruiting enrollees for LH P3. And two top-notch law firms counter-attacking the 13 Dumb.
I have no info, but this 180 degree turnaround just doesn't feel like it comes from NP's imagination. It just feels like a much stronger, more broadly experienced hand is setting and executing the non-medical agenda.
Of course, people have been noting how Recknor seems to have greatly strengthened the medical/regulatory front. Investing in in-house labs, for example. Not sure his experience extends to the non-med side.
Maybe influence of the new Board member? He didn't blow me away as a top-tier VC but at least he's seen tons more, on the legal side especially. Has Samsung possibly decided they need to protect their $85m receivable?
My gut is telling me there is a very newly active, much bigger player. Allied with NP, but with NP's acquiescing to their decisions in some areas . Thoughts?
