The 13D's first chance at legitimacy and competence was shown to not even be able to simply fill in the right boxes and provide complete information that could easily be verified by Cytodyn.
If they say current management cant navigate the FDA and the FDA's rules and submission requirements, one would think they would bring something to bear that would demonstrate that the new slate for BOD would be able to comply with the rules stated in the bylaws of the company they wish to take over. They would have to know that simple things like have you owned stock in the last 2 years could be figured out by even a dummy like me with the google thing.
But sure these guys have ability and competence in spades over current management. sure do. Top Men!
