I'm running a debate camp this week for middle and high school students so I'm just in that state of mind. I have some questions for you Evil(or anyone else that supports the incumbent board)
You have gone on record that you aren't the biggest NP fan but you feel the 13D group is not genuine and has ulterior motives that are not in the best interest of shareholders. You've made the argument consistently. I think I understand it fully.
However, I would love to hear from you and others as to why you believe that if we leave NP and SK in control of our company that they will actually finally deliver competence and results.
You said, "Meanwhile if they cut their losses and disappeared, we could focus on Brazil, approval, uplist and everyone will make gobs of money."
Please tell me why "Brazil, approval, or uplist" isn't just another failed dream in the mold of:
-The Golden Quarter
-BLA submission by 2018, 2019, 2020, "just more mono data, just syringe mfg. info and then we can resubmit after RTF
-Dr. Maboob is the man, he can do it.
-3,4,5 firms want to give us beautiful non-dilutive financing
-Partnering with China on Covid
-Partnering with Taiwan on Covid
-Mexico and emails lost in the spam filter
-EUA teases on proactive after 11 eIND patients
-BTD after 3 cancer patients
-Interim look at 50, 100, 150 in CD12. That "might" do it.
-We should likely be able to uplist in a matter of weeks.
-MHRA really wants to approve HIV 350mg, COVID testing starting in UK soon
-EUA in Canada
-EUA in Philipines
-Revenue in the Philippines is here
-Agreements with airlines to ship product to Philippines
All flopped spectacularly
-Now it is Brazil
-Now it is LHs
-Now it cancer BTD
-Now the BLA is really going to happen.
Many of us have been in the stock for many years. We have heard the promises time after time. I understand you aren't the biggest NP fan, but please make the case as to why we can trust that this time is different and NP is going to deliver. Make the case why success and not more horrible Fife deals are just around the corner. Let's hear the Affirmative case for NP and SK.
