i have not doubt they would consider something like this.
once again - for any who haven't googled paul rosenbaum and found the suit against him where he owed some poor woman some money (i think it was around $10 thousand or so) and refused to pay her - and then, offered to pay her if she would meet him in a hotel room alone.....
this scumbag is the spearhead of the 13D effort. and surprise - he's joined by the guy who swindled the company out of millions of shares of stock in exchange for.....nothing.....all Pestell does is continually sue the company.
you think that those guys wouldn't screw us shareholders to high heaven to make a few bucks by cutting some shady side deals? and you think he would care about leaving us holding the bag?
