I think the 13d that say 75% are basing that on the 175 million shares claimed in the letter from December 2020 wanting to retain Patterson. It was fantasy then and it's fantasy now.
I just had a 13d claim their advantage was shares held by Paulson and Fife. Fife sells their shares so they wouldn't have many on hand and they wouldn't bite the hand that feeds them. I also don't think Paulson has retained a substantial amount of shares.
I believe anti-13d retail currently has the advantage but unlike the arrogance of the 13d I think every vote counts.
