With all the talk of people voting one way or the other for current management or 13D, all longs should be reminded to not take this vote lightly and think we have it "in the bag". Unless you personally know a group of individuals who control 400M shares, this vote could go either way. I generally like the current management and think they finally have things where they need to be, but there have also been some things that left a bad taste in my mouth. I will always remember how NP never defended CYDY when the FDA letter came out. I understand he needs to be political, but he can politely refute the letter rather than just say everything in the letter was correct. Also, remember how the executive compensation passed last time. There were a lot of people fuming about how that was even put up for a vote, yet it still passed. Just a reminder to still stay vigilant, this is probably one of the most critical junctures coming up and everyone needs to Rock the Vote.
