We will see: based on Doc's wording, we will get the PR as soon as we are OTC Current and that does not appear to be connected to the Q2 filings.
Time will tell
How is the weather in LV at the moment ?
I am not expecting the PR to contain "contracts signed or financial numbers talk" - All I am expecting is the UNVC update as to the status of the NasDaq process, now that we will be OTC Current.
I am not expecting an 8K.
I am expecting the 8K much closer to starting to trade on the NasDaq and with that information - trading will be halted until we launch on the NasDaq.
I expect the Q2 filing to be very similar to Q1 as the filing is still for the "Shell" ONLY.
I do not expect a huge filing until the 8K and NasDaq.
This is my understanding.
