If that is true I assure you Doc got a phone call from the SEC and a warning. But I don't think it was material enough. I am just saying until Doc gets the second quarter out he can't put out a "press release" about the direction of UNVC or contracts signed or financial numbers talk, and that is what we are expecting. He has to play by the same rules as any publicly traded stock.
IMO, we will get the quarterlies by Friday because my guess is "no vacations until they are done" lol.
