I'm not saying that at all, and I believe you understood my questions.
"What u r saying means that whenever a company has bad financials,, the company should keep it from release to enjoy another STOP in the future till the fins becomes better and we keep repeating this cycle of STOP and Current?"
As I've expressed to you, and as I've expressed to Matt, I also believe the financials should be released in a timely manner. Not because of confidence, but because I want to know what the company has been doing (for better or worse) over X period.
My confidence in pinksheets irrespective of price extends this far:
1. They're not diluting me to death (I know that from volume and price action)
2. They're achieving something over time (I know that from filings)
With respect to $BCAP, if Matt has profitably executed a $1M deal with ABCD, I'd like to see it in a PR and in a filing. That's what I'm deprived of right now. Its not a confidence issue for me, but it is a timeliness issue.
