The PPS moved based on the rumors about the phenomenal news that should have come earlier. The PPS is holding because BCAP enjoys the best group of shareholders around. Now, we want moves based on reality and not rumors.
I myself prefers timely filings because it means one can be confident about the company. What u r saying means that whenever a company has bad financials,, the company should keep it from release to enjoy another STOP in the future till the fins becomes better and we keep repeating this cycle of STOP and Current?
