I honestly don't get your point. The market needs to see competence and results and according to deadlines. This is the only way for the PPS to appreciate. No one here knows other than a handful what exactly all those great things have been happening for over a year - what is it you are not agreeing on exactly??
Public company means shareholders should be updated regularly and know about the fins on time for the company to prove it is different from other pink stocks.
