I appreciate your sentiment, and I'm not arguing against what you're saying. I'm merely expressing that the CEO has a fiduciary duty, and if he signs off on a filing with false / incomplete information that's a legal offense he'll have to address with the SEC.
Fact: Neither you, nor I, nor anyone else knows what Matt is waiting on that he feels is so important that it has to be included in the filings as part of his fiduciary duty.
If you feel this is a scam, I can direct you to many scam pinksheet stocks that I've traded and / or steered away from. I'll tell you this much, this is a scam, its the most elaborate, low reward one I've ever seen. The CEO isn't smart enough to have scammed all his shareholders for more $40k in January in the most ultra-optimistic of circumstances. Think about it.
