Big news with the Fosun Pharma partnership.
Also EMOR/Healixa filled an Annual Report today and two things stood out.
Todos deal was mentioned and still intact.
Amarantus & MANF, not one mention.
Seems like rather big omissions.
They say they have 68,305,686 n goodwill assets.
That's real close the the number they are supposed to pay AMBS in April.
Or, deal is off and MANF is back?
We will see once AMBS files.
