For what it’s worth, TD Ameritrade has put out a 161 page list of OTC stocks called:
“SEC Rule 15c2-11 Restricted Securities”
UNVC is on page 149 of that list

The list/warning is not important for UNVC shareholders, as Doc will have UNVC filings current ASAP way before August 13.
However, for other companies that are not current with their filings, after August 13 investors will be limited to selling (not buying) shares.
This is obviously a big move by the SEC to force OTC companies to become current with their filings.
If they don’t become current soon, no one can buy their shares!
