In June we signed a new TA (continental). They are one of the best in the biz. We also signed Harvard as our registered agent. They are a high powered agency that conducts 95% of all SPACs. We know over a month ago our website went into development as it is needed for our next step. Once again I apologize for the redundancy but I must reiterate that we are indeed day to day in my humble opinion.
