$PSGR On July 7, 2014 I entered my first comment on this board. I was a bit naive, a bit hopeful, and a bit curious. I had invested in this company over a decade prior to my 7/7/2014 comment and decided I would then pass on any information that I had accumulated and ask for input from others who had been involved in some way with this company.
After 7/7/2014, the share price continued its roller coaster ride as a Penny Stock that had a share price that reflected the latest Press Release from the company. A Press Release would see the share price jump and then after a few days/weeks/months the share price would drop to a level that, in many cases, was lower than just prior to the start of the Press Release. Year after year this has occurred. Another pattern that has emerged is the notification by the Company of the acquisition of a 'precious metals claim' that is in an historically 'Gold (or) Silver' producing region. Yes, this has played out several times and the share price did increase, for a while. However, investors have yet to see any profitable returns from the acquisitions. As an investor, you should complete your Due Diligence to understand what has transpired with any Company (Stock) especially one that has been around for almost Twenty Five Years and has produced absolutely NOTHING.
I understand that with any investment , one remains hopeful that a profit will be made, For those who do the Quick In-n-Out Buys that make a few Bucks off of Penny Stocks, your focus is for the immediate return; this is good. For those who hope that an investment continues to grow and, in the case of PSGR Share Price, the shares go from Penny Stock status to something better AND more valuable, I have referenced my time on this Board about the lack of mining and production; the lack of sale of ANYTHING that profited investors, and the continuance of the share price as a Penny Stock. Over the many years of its existence, someone may be making a nice profit. It just does not appear to be the everyday common share buyer.,
