One thing that puzzles me is how blatantly obvious it is that NP should not be the primary spokesperson for the company. Not excluded, but not primary. Racist bias? Sure, at least to a degree, but in sales and marketing, impressions are important. I have to assume NP understands the issue and yet he remains the overwhelmingly dominant voice. I sometimes wonder if that is simply ego, or he is making a principled point. Of the two choices I would prefer the principled point.
The above said I've never known a flawless CEO. At this point I'm on the side of the current management and seriously concerned about the motivations of the 13d group. I'll take a PR problem over a bunch of apparent snakes in the grass. Prove me wrong and I'll happily change.
