One more thing...In recent posts it has been alluded to that the only future for current OWC shareholders is a takeover of the OW shell..thereby current OW shareholders could be made "whole" by CATV's acquisition of said shell.
That is one possibility.
There are a few more....that will be spoken about here once we have done our DD and of course things will be much clearer after the insolvency hearing of July5th which will be a chapter 11 filing and relevant to the Israeli company .
I have no clue why chapter 15 keeps being talked about on the IHUB board.
That is not what is happening and completely irrelevant...but why be surprised....Most of the information on that board falls into the same category.
