It's bad enough when regular visitors to social media websites related to the market write ridiculous posts...that's understandable.
But when the moderators continually ignore information and write posts pushing their warped ideas and agendas despite the fact official filings lay things out clearly, well , that's a real problem.
John Kirkland filed a form 13g this week amending his former filings.
In it he confirms that all he holds is 366 preferred shares..which is correct.
If he tried to convert any of these shares, as is stated clearly in the filing, at most he would control 55.5 million common shares of the company which is roughly ten percent ..... IF...He hasn't converted anything and as such this validates the fact that his filings and pleadings with the court are all bogus.
This is the reason there has been no further activity on that front.
Kirkland and Turner have come to an understanding that all legal activity is to cease and the hearing in Israel in less than 2 weeks is to move forward.
Kirkland/DGF has never controlled the 99.9% of the company IGLOW continues to harp on about...not even close to being accurate and also it doesn't say anywhere in that filing that Kirkland has converted even one of the remaining preferred shares he holds.
This is where the lunacy on the IHUB board shines brightly...
Phenix continues to maintain the Chancery Court will settle everything.
We spoke to a clerk at the court.
There has been no activity regarding the Kirkland filing(s) for weeks.
That is because there is nothing moving forward any longer on that front.
CanItBThisEZ2Make, another brain surgeon over their and also a mod continues to declare that David Kugelman will turn the company around but that probably current shareholders will not benefit from this.
Let me say this again.. EVERYTHING JOHN KIRKLAND HAS FILED AND CLAIMED HAS NO STANDING, IS BOGUS AND THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN TURNER AND HIMSELF VALIDATES THIS
People that want to continue to ignore all the information that as been brought to that board that clarifies and paints a picture of what happens moving forward and instead continue to rely on fraudulent filings, a lack of action/no action from the courts, an insolvency hearing date in Israel on July 5th in the Haifa court, common sense (which there seems to be a complete lack of over there ) and instead attack, mock and berate people that come there to post with no other intent then to provide information or at the very least possible options for the company based on good reliable information...
are doing nothing but providing a complete disservice to the few people that drop by for intelligent truthful content.
Also, continuing to exclaim as Phenix and the other Einsteins over there do that there are 1095 CURRENT followers of the OW board is ludicrous.
That number of 1095 followers hasn't changed in years and was established at the height of the OW hysteria going back quite a while.
Does anyone in their right mind actually believe that when a shareholder that had once followed the company and contributed to that 1095 number sold his shares and moved on, that they actually took the time to remove their follow from the board?
So holding up that number as proof...is exactly proof of what.....another shining example of the twisted moronic logic being deployed on that board and the small tight knit group of morons that run the place have done and excellent job chasing away all the voices of reason and logic...people with the ability to think outside of the box.
