With all the BS circling this ticker I think IT IS TIME TO DUMP until someone comes up with a reason to buy. I blame SSM for this BS. I am dumping all their stocks.

You are right about OTCM not being a regulator. However, the lady I spoke with said disclosure to OTC Markets needed to be submitted by June 30th. They would not accept anything after that date.
