Settlement details are not publicly known yet...no reason to sell or buy unless you believe speculation and do not understand process, valuation and how this game is played.
"Valuation" of what? CRGP management paid SSM to go away. That's all.

To submit subscription application CRGP will need share structure and shareholder list from TA
No. 3
To get share structure and shareholder list from TA the company will need to pay off the $100k TA is owed
Fewer than 9 days to get this accomplished
Foresee huge sell off the closer to June 30

Impacted Pink companies should provide the required disclosure to OTC Markets by June 30th. This will ensure that our Issuer Compliance Team has sufficient time to review and update market status for companies prior to the rule’s compliance date on September 28th. Securities that do not meet the Rule’s disclosure standard will have their public quotes removed from Pink as of the September deadline.
They are being requested to provide data by June 30th to ensure the data can be reviewed in time, but compliance date is September 28. So they have until September 28 to be in compliance.
