I agree with you on most of your points. I feel that when they let it be known they were this other group (filing the 13d) wanting control of CYDY. They needed immediately to show a plan or direction. You don’t make a move like this without a plan. If they made this move without a plan to show us investors what they have to offer... then you should offer that plan as soon as you filed the 13d form to remove all doubt of not only who you are but what you're offering. This whole thing at this point stinks to high heaven as unorganized and just a play to lower our feeling for the current management. Dirty up the company to buy us out for pennies on the dollars. Nobody wants to lose such a great potential to a rogue group that is only here to tear us up and lower our value.

Since this directional plan hasn’t happened it speaks volumes of who they are and that they have nothing to offer or we would of heard it by now. If all they have is a smear campaign of the current management as a plan and just say we feel we can run this company better. Than I hope they know they are in for a rough ride. I personally against this change for many reasons. But will not follow a smear job to steer our company into the gutter to lower our value and hurt us all.

It really lacks direction at this point. Every day they don’t show their plan is another day showing their ineptness in what they have to offer. It really is getting sad that they even filed the 13d without a plan as it appears now.
