Generex created NuGenerex and owned 100%
Then Generex spun out NuGenerex as a separate company
750 million shares were created
400 million shares were issued (outstanding) to Generex
350 million were kept in the NuGenerex treasury
Then Generex gave (free) 35ish million shares to GNBT stockholders ($5 from stranger)
Then Generex traded 300 million common shares for preferred voting only shares keeping 64+ million common shares
What Generex has done should be taken with pure gratitude, period
Generex could have kept ALL the NuGenerex shares to themselves
WE would have NOTHING
NuGenerex would only have 350 million shares left to sell for raising capital. Talk about dilution!
What NuGenerex is doing should be taken with pure gratitude after all the NUGX are their shares not Generex so NuGenerex has the control and right to do whatever they want to do with them, like maybe cancel them or reverse split.
Everything Generex has done has been to try to make itself a better company. No one has forced you or anyone else to stick around in the past, the present or the future. If you don’t like ride, get off the train. It IS that simple.
