That’s a promotion website that mines company SEC filings and then writes a story attempting to promote stock movement. I’ll bet Mr Barnhizer’s role in “securing” was in being the person whose name is on the Edgar filing. I don’t remember Nanologix issuing news about the filing although I did see it on Edgar.
