Good Q...first part says raising instead of raised

Good Q...first part says raising instead of raised then the next sentence says BB played a role in securing it which to me says they got the money. If that is the case I would have expected an email to the share holders. That's a significant chunk of change. I don't remember seeing anything regarding that so I would assume the first part is correct and they either didn't get it or are still trying to get it. If they did get it then what's it really being used for and where did it come from? Been gone a week and see someone liquidated their position last week selling over 2 mil shares one day. Where's Omar? Surprised he didn't jump on that with some wild theories...they didn't get the funds...not going to uplist...etc etc.
