You are confusing two separate things. What you describe it the conversion or trading of the Class A shares for the Class B shares. Right now NUGX unofficially represents all 750 million NuGenerex shares. Since NuGenerex has not recognized the NUGX ticker symbol, this is why the dividend shares are being traded on the OTC Pink. Once the NuGenerex charter is amended and the dividend shares become official Class A shares, NuGenerex will have to assign an official trading ticker symbol. Whether the name remains NUGX or is changed to another, the trading platform for NUGX will remain on the OTC since NUGX does not qualify for NASDAQ. However, with the official NuGenerex authorization of the Class A NUGX shares, the OTC could move the NUGX share from the Pink Sheets to the regular OTC, like GNBT is being traded. But even if the OTC NUGX share price should rise to NASDAQ qualification, Joe won’t make the move. Why? Because the Class B share IPO sale is where the company will make it money, capital. This is why the delay of 9-18 months for the Class A to Class B conversion.
However, Joe has mentioned that Class A to Class B conversion could come earlier under the right circumstances or that the Class A NUGX shares could be moved to NASDAQ. Remember, GNBT owns the Class A NUGX shares and it is imperative that the maximum value of those 64 million shares be added to Generex to bolster the GNBT pps so that GNBT can finally be moved to NASDAQ as soon as possible.
