Sid: Not sure why NUGX would become active on OTC

Sid: Not sure why NUGX would become active on OTC before the IPO, because the shares cannot convert until at lest 9 months after IPO minimum, and perhaps as late as 18 months post-IPO. No sense buying something that will not be traded on a big board until much closer. Then, ASSuming that the IPO happens (as in "I'll believe it when I see it, given the ASSurances we have received for years about the spinoff onto NASDAQ) , there may be some movement in the 9-18 month time frame.
