There are different ways of fighting the FDA judgment. One is the direct way -- for example, to write a whole bunch of Twitter comments on Janet Woodcock's feed, so every time she writes something she sees 50 CYDY shareholders blasting her. That is not an effective way to work. It convinces no one, has no power or gravitas, and is not articulate. But if you can convince someone in the media, or someone in congress, to publicly question the FDA, it will not redound against us. If Pro Publica writes an article that reveals the FDA bias, it is attributed to Pro Publica, not the company (or us). I don't think NP should go on record as criticizing the FDA, but I think that any of us convincing someone with a voice to weigh in can only be a positive event.
