I respect you immensely and have to disagree with you for the first time. You can complain to the law makers in Congress to make changes all day long in my book. That is real change that most likely is needed when passion dictates. The regulators have way to much control over our future to be rude to them. To try to intimidate them or just plain don’t treat them with the upmost respect.
When we need something we will always catch more flys with honey than vinegar. Being respectful is everything. Having that support from your investors is just as important to a great relationship with the FDA. I believe NOW more than ever before that we need to back off and save face for our company. It doesn’t excuse us from perceptions from the FDA because we are investors. The strife that our investors put on the FDA is just as terrible as if Nader did it himself. Why would we as investors shoot ourself in the foot? We need to support Naders request and not ignore it. It will go along way to better relations with the FDA if we had a quite response by our investors. We have much to lose. I don’t want to lose anymore than we have already. We need the FDA on our side. Let’s help Nader succeed for our own benefit is my thoughts.
