Those questions/concerns have already been addressed here (link below). It is apparent to most investors that he (obviously) can't give out exact dates for the filing of the Form-10, the S-1 or Myflix, so as to not create trading advantages to those who currently follow HHSE or its blogs/PRs. It's understandable that frustrated longs want more accurate timelines, but that would create legal and SEC issues for the company.
