This is a must watch video posted by AlanC for anyone who does not fully understand how entities illegally manipulate small securities. It is a 2 hour video and the entire video is worth the time invested but the first 30 minutes covers a majority of the key information. This video does a very good job of explaining a complex subject and breaking it down in layman terms so that the average investor can understand naked short selling and other compression tools that the criminals use. After listening to this video it will be easy to recognize when a hired soft basher claims that there is no proof of naked shorting of IPIX.

In the latest IPIX 10-Q an important data point is that there was no increase to the Outstanding Share count since the previous 10-Q dated 2/10/21 and as of the filing date 5/13/21 IPIX had $12.1M in cash with a plan to spend $10.6M ($8.3M of this for clinical studies) in the next 12 months. This has to scare the shit out of the criminals as without dilution by IPIX the criminal SP compression tactics will not work. The other key point is that Kips Bay appear to be actual investors and have not been selling. With IPIX not issuing shares, Kips Bay holding tight and a majority of retail investors holding on for a multiple dollar SP, there is a MINIMAL SUPPLY of IPIX shares to complete legit trades. This puts the criminals in a box. What if they have a naked position of 200M or 300M shares or possibly many millions of shares more? IMO they can not cover at current SP levels in the short term without forcing IPIX SP upwards to $20+/share. Real supply/demand is way too far out of whack. IPIX Longs know what they own.
IMO the criminals will have to wait for legit volume of at least 10M+ shares daily to START to unload and cover their position, IMO the criminals will attempt to cover as IPIX SP seesaws upwards between $3 and $20+ over the next couple of years. There could however be an event that would force the criminals hands to more quickly cover which would create the mother of all short squeezes. Either way the criminals are screwed. Pay me now or pay me later.
In the short term I would expect the criminals to do several controlled take-ups on IPIX SP with pull backs to see if there are any weak hands or to pull shares away from any flippers. Do not fall for the false narrative that "the shorts are covering" in the near term as IPIX SP rises on news to the $3-$5 range. News of the success in the current B-CV19 human trial and follow on funding will trigger the upward increase in IPIX SP with a flock of new investors driving legit volume. IMO this multiple dollar SP range is the point where the real fun will only BEGIN to take place.
