This is not a “declaration of war” please just go away... we don’t need more sh_t to throw at a FDA that won’t do anything but hurt our future chances at approvals for other indications. We have HIV, Cancer and Long Hauler all in the mix for this year. Is it wise to poke the bee’s nest and run away to see if you get stung? We just got stung badly and next time we may fall down as we run and get stung even worse.
Anything we do at this point is going to have a negative effect on our relationship with the FDA. The smart play is to make amends for the over zealous stock holders and fine doctors that were just trying to help. I feel our pain as much as the next stock holder of Cytodyn. I do... but common sense tells me we should back off and let things play out internationally and don’t worry about USA Covid approval until the Brazil trial is complete. Then we will see... and what we know is embarrassment is a gratifying solution to our feelings of being ignored. Let the FDA embarrassment be our salvation. You know that will happen and what will they say and do then? A trial with significant results can’t be ignored.
