This is a “Declaration of War”, a Pearl Harbor sneak attach by the FDA whose sole purpose is to let the WORLD know that The “FDAof BP” has no intention of ever letting Leronlimab see the light of day for any indication and that there will be a price to pay if any foreign entity purchases from us.
Their article was nothing less than a hit piece that could have been written by AF. It wasn't, as they said, a letter in response to all that have shown disagreement with their unwillingness to grant an EUA.
All the data has been out there, readily available for all to read and draw their own conclusions from.
It is simply not the job of the FDAof BP's to editorialize on our trial results.
In the case of our Covid trials, we have not applied to the FDA for any form of approval to sell, therefore, the trial results are simply none of their business.
An EUA was not applied for, so what business does the FDA have in writing an evaluation of a trial that is not being used as a basis for an FDA application?
This “hit piece” from the FDA was not, as they said, to change any minds of all the professionals and non- professionals that are questioning their clear disregard for consistency in issuing EUA's
Their editorial is an act of shear desperation, to derail our foreign options by implied threat on the behalf of BP, to any country that may be considering doing business with CYDY.
It is also a “hit piece” to scare all investors to sell so that BP can get our molecule for cheap money, to be renamed or shelved in the maintenance department to protect their other drugs that are less affective thus guaranteeing more long term sales and profit.
Profit over efficacy!
Isn't that what this all is about.
With this FDAofBP hit piece, they have declared their true intentions. CYDY's future in now on life support, and unless something quickly and boldly is done, we probably will not survive.
If they are successful at intimidating our foreign interests into not buying, we're done, game over.
If you think the FDA will treat our other indication fairly, you are most likely wrong.
The FDA has declared war on us and we need to defend ourselves or perish.
We need to do something big and bold now!
Science and truth sometimes require extreme efforts to prevail. Especially science and truths that cost established industries money. The Drs. are providing the extreme efforts that they are able to do, as well as CYDY.
How about us, the CYDY family in whole, including all boards and supporters?
What extreme efforts are we doing?
There is a huge amount of power in numbers. What are we doing other than posting whatever.
Is posting to the choir the best we can do, while Dr. Bream and others' stick their necks out for us and all.
We need to do something now while we still can. Something substantial that will actually help get the justice CYDY deserves. Now, not next week when we may see foreign interest making bad decisions out of intimidation from our FDA. We can sit at our key boards and watch our opportunities slip away or we can fight back, and if you don't think this is a battle between us and the FDA, you can tell that to the walls of the cardboard box you'll be living in under some bridge in Florida.
