Excellent 911$. I also concur with this assessment. My hope is that the 24th of May or a couple of days thereafter is true. Otherwise, our risk will increase substantially that Dalton may never do anything at all for shareholders. Dalton has changed directions and shifted his options many times, and he really does like running private companies where nothing has to be explained to anyone.
