My greatest concern is reaching the end of June without seeing any filings... then the options are limited, and the outcome highly risky.
If filings don't hit by the June 30th OTC deadline, there will be huge downward pressure arising from the possibility of being delisted to the 'Grey Market' - this is where penny stocks go to die - there are no market makers, most brokers restrict trading to sells only, and very few companies ever manage to return to the OTC - and if they do, the process can take months or even years to achieve. Within a week or so of being pushed onto the Grey Market, you often see share prices drop by 70-90%.
Yes, there would still be the chance of a direct listing after this date, but you would have to be a very brave investor to hold knowing that you could possibly see the large majority of your investment / gains disappear if it doesn't happen.
For these reasons, if filings don't materialize by the second or third week of June I expect to see increased selling - people exiting their positions or locking in profits before the possibility of substantial price drops.
It's all up to Doc.
