During the trading suspension, to put it's house in order and get current, is the company constrained or prohibited from carrying on. any administrative or management decisions? Could they, for example, mutually agree with Pasaca to go ahead with the agreement and transaction, increase shares, sell shares, allocate shares, add board members and put this all into the S-1?
